Pet Policy

The Residences at Addison and Clark is a pet friendly community! We welcome cats & dogs (breed restrictions) and a limit of 2 pets per apartment. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per apartment as well as monthly pet rent. Please contact the office for additional details, (312) 989-7718.
